" We had a little difficulty finding and checking in to the property in the dark, but Jacky quickly answered our call and helped us through the process. There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. A few more amenities would have been appreciated (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) We weren’t able to locate any check-out instructions, so we’re hoping there weren’t any. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property!!!"

"Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate."

"Tucked away via private drives is a cozy apartment where we spent five nights. We had everything we needed here. Primarily used for coffee in the AM and sleeping at night, the apartment served us well. We were gone most of the daytime. The shower was wonderful! Would recommend having a rental car to transport yourselves, rather than Uber etc. "

"We enjoyed our stay here! The house is nice and clean. It is located in a good neighborhood that is close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and promptly returned our messages. The house is on the corner of two busy roads, but that did not cause any issues for us. We will not hesitate to book again next time we are in town!"

"We had to evacuate due to the Eaton Fire. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home. It felt like home, was super comfortable, spacious and decorated perfectly. It was easy to check in and we truly enjoyed every moment - even under the circumstances. I highly recommend this property. "

"Great location and a beautiful listing! Host was very kind and had very simple check-in and check-out instructions. It was nice to be able to get in and get out without any fuss. I visited Pasadena for a local convention and it was nice and quiet. I really appreciated the private nature of the listing and the host. I didn’t feel the least bit intruded on or unwelcome. I will definitely try to book this listing again for the next con in 2026!! "

"The house was amazingly clean, and the owner/property manager were very nice. They helped us in every aspect of our stay, and were very responsive. We loved the location, as it was easy to get to the Universal Studios/Hollywood area in a quick 30 min or so (with light traffic). The beds were clean, and the bathroom was well stocked. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this house!"

"Some friends and I decided to have an annual reunion in our hometown. Being summer time in the desert, we needed to swim. The pool and backyard did not disappoint and the home home was cozy."
