"We picked this property because it was close to a family member we were visiting. It has a unique and charming location in a gated, older, private development of large homes. We recommend arriving while it is still light outside, because the many steps down and up to the unit are not all well lit."

"The house was extremely clean, except for the area rugs, which needed cleaning. The beds were the best beds I have ever slept in and several family members commented on that also. The back patio needed a good cleaning as well as the cushions on the chairs because we were unable to sit out there due to that. There was a minor problem, and we contacted the host and he had it resolved within two hours. The location is just a few miles from downtown Monrovia. It is ideal. We would stay again."
