Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay. The gentleman who checked us in wasn’t really helpful and seemed very annoyed about having to do his job. The room we got was very far down and we asked him if there was another room somewhat closer with access to an elevator that actually works because the one we had close by to the room was out of service, but he refused to help us and instead he said that he could only give us a room next to the gate on the first floor and that it was also far. It honestly seems that he uses that line very often when he doesn’t want to help a guest. We noticed a lot of the same room type vacant the whole time we were there. Also, when my husband went to get an energy drink at their store the guy there said that he needed to spend more than $5 in order for him to charge him, that’s so ridiculous and ghetto. Management needs to improve their staff and customer service. This hotel has a lot of potential but their staff needs to be replaced.
