"The house was amazingly clean, and the owner/property manager were very nice. They helped us in every aspect of our stay, and were very responsive. We loved the location, as it was easy to get to the Universal Studios/Hollywood area in a quick 30 min or so (with light traffic). The beds were clean, and the bathroom was well stocked. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this house!"

"Great location for visiting areas outside of LA. The house was comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. The area felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. Host was accommodating and replied quickly to messages. There is nothing fancy about this home. It's a pretty bare-bones place to sleep and maybe cook a simple meal. Some outdoor seating would be a nice addition to enjoy the So Cal weather. However, the house served our needs well for a place for 8...

"We just left this property today, and I would definitely stay there again. We had 9 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Both the living room and dining rooms had enough seating (we did bring in 1 more chair to the dining table). Comfortable beds, 3 baths, wonderful walkable neighborhood…it was so nice. Of course, a couple of minor cons: blinds were a little wonky, and the largest bedroom didn’t have easily accessible outlets to charge phones. We used portable chargers instead....

"The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of my family homes, Finkbiner Park, and downtown Glendora. The house inside was reasonably clean and nicely decorated (if somewhat quirky) and well suited for a family with kids.
