Perfect mix of modern touches and tasteful charm decor in the rooms, while the restaurant/bar were restored with character and tradition in mind. Very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. "Check in clerk was very accommodating. Have us a great room. Pool was in great condition, clean, indoors, great treat in January. Overnight stay for us, so not much interaction with the cleaning crew but everyone seemed very friendly. No loud guests around us. We had a good night. Complementary breakfast had good variety and quantity."

We were on vacation visiting a lot of the New England areas, and had a large, heavy gift bag of souvenirs and gifts we had bought.
