"The hotel was really good and fun with my family, Everything is true as of what the description said. Although I did wish there was more pillows in the room I was in, and the pool was cold, there wasn’t any heaters but besides that it was okay, if you want a hot pool I don’t recommend this, this is more of a summer type hotel"

We were on vacation visiting a lot of the New England areas, and had a large, heavy gift bag of souvenirs and gifts we had bought. Housekeeping took it, and when we found it missing they claimed Housekeeping said they thought it was trash. Everything in the bag was brand new and there was no trash in the bag.
