The accommodations are large, as shown in the listing pictures, and the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable.The property is extremely well equipped, both in terms of appliances in the kitchen and "stuff" that the owner has left there to add to the convenience, such as dishware, cookware, and a closet full of spices, etc.TVs all over the place with good WiFi round off the conveniences, and, if this is a winter visit,...

"This little house was perfect for our needs. We were spending a few days skiing at Whiteface and it was minutes from the hill. We used the hot tub which was lovely. It would be nice to know what things can go in the recycling bin. I made the assumption that cardboard, cans and glass could be recycled and put these in the blue (assumed recycling) bin by the fence. Thanks for having a comfortable, cosy place for us to rest our heads for our adventures in the area. "

"There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but...

"The cabin was a great cozy, retreat in the woods but still accessible to town. It was a short drive to get to spring skiing at Titus Mountain. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities we needed for breakfast and dinner in. We hope to stay again in the warmer months to enjoy the rest of the property. "
