"We love this property. We prefer to travel to LHR the day before our flight to avoid any (added) stress on day of travel, and pick this property every time. First off the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is very easy to get to from Picadilly line or Elizabeth line (and we see the Heathrow Express as well, but have never taken it). The property itself has multiple on-site restaurants that we have a meal at as well. The rooms are great, exactly what we need for our trip. Cozy, clean, and well kept. Thank you!"

"I enjoyed our stay at London house. The place was clean with a good location and nice friendly staff. My only issue was that the room was small (common for London) and there was not a really good clothes storage option. Only a hanging spot and 2 shelves that were out of reach unless you were really tall. "
