"I stay here very often. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My son lives just 200 meters up Las Monas and I always stay here when I am visiting with him. Wonderful chef for breakfast. The pool are and amenities are always tidy and clean. Thanks for the consistency over the years!"

"Beautifully appointed rooms with private plunge pool and view of ocean. Staff very courteous. Breakfasts included in rate were excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights for convenience and because the food and service was good. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is too far away from Santa Teresa and the main beaches to walk so you need to book taxis ( $20 each way), rent an ATV or rent a car. "

"The host was more than accommodating throughout the booking, arrival and even allowing us late checkout time, which we needed because of a tour at the nearby Carara National Park. "This spot is a cute spot. Don't expect it to be a massive resort. It is a boutique hotel. I got the VIP upgrade which came with a $20 dining voucher but had to spend $50 for it to apply. The room was clean (but there was a dead insect after turnover one day). Room was decently big - had a kitchen area, fridge and microwave. This came in handy when they closed the one restaurant early for dinner due to low patronage. The hotel is close to the beach; takes about a 10 minute walk. Behind the hotel...
