"Fantastic 2 story, 3 bedroom home with air conditioning in each room as well as main living area. Well stocked kitchen, pool and outdoor living space outdoors. Convenient walk to beach and access to rancho for quick meal or evening karaoke. Reasonable drive to montazumaand Santa Teresa. "

"The location is in the middle Of nowhere and the surrounding towns were lacking charm. The gated community was close to deserted. The beach was not nice. The unit needs upgrading by putting in better locks on the door including a deadbolt and chain."

"Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there would be TP, soap & basic cleaning supplies (after seeing a previous review). He responded right away saying it'd all be there but there was no extra toilet paper, and after a couple days with 7 people, we ran out and had to supply our own. There also wasn't laundry soap or a can opener. Just a few things that made our time there a little more difficult. After multiple messages, the management company finally brought us soap & toilet paper, but it was 2 hours before we checked out. The wifi also went out for the last 3 days we were there, and it didn't seem like anyone was coming to check it out. Again, the host responded quickly to every email but the management company (who was in charge of fixing things) didn't respond. We enjoyed the home & its facilities, but if you run into any issues or things you need, it's likely that it will take multiple days for those issues to be resolved. In the future I'd stay at a different place but still stay at Los Delfines."

"Amazing place with lots of room and a beautiful beach. Would recommend. Just a few communication issues around checking in and internet instructions. If you have whatsapp text them in advance and it should be smoother with the language barrier."

"We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues. AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC. Missing items: paper towels, dish soap, sponges, hand towels Broken or maintenance items: Door latch on sliding glass door was missing Pressure cooker missing the pressure valve Hall lights don’t work Laundry closet lights don’t work Master bathroom only had two small lights that work One mirror in master bath not mounted to wall Dryer doesn’t work Tub doesn’t work Only the four can lights in the living room work even though there are a bunch of other lights Shower looks like it was once a really nice fixture with the whole body sprayers but those are all unusable now and the handle to turn on the shower is broken. Finally, the water pressure was really low and is turned off at night and doesn’t come back until 8am."

"This the 3rd time we have stayed at this villa. The villa was excellent for our family who visited at different times over the 3 months. Great neighbors over this time and the Los Delfines area offers lots of great choices for activities. There is a lot of development occurring so construction activity is constant. On-site dining is limited to El Rancho which is good and very amenable for owners and guests. Property management is professional and timely with responsive to any questions or issues within their control."
