"The house was perfect, with plenty of towels, and a well equipped kitchen, and a very nice screened in porch to eat all meals, and a view of the water on a quiet street. There is not a thing I would change about this house!"

The deer and all the birds was definitely an added bonus. The beach was only a 5 minute walk which was perfect. Enjoyed our long walks on the beach every day. Saw a lot of wildlife such as dolphins, sting rays, horse shoe crabs and a ton of cool shells. Our time was everything we were hoping for, we would definitely go back. "

"My family loved this house. The size of the house allowed everyone to have their own space when wanted. Most of the bedrooms are on the ground floor which worked out well. We spent meals and the evening in the large dinning area living space.The beach was wonderful, lots of shells, bird watching, walking, kayaking and fishing. Our mother loves the beach and this location is so much like the beach she and all of us were raised on. She was in heaven with all her loved one around her."

"The cottage was just as advertised. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Great local restaurants but a bit of a drive to get groceries. We were able to park our RV in the long driveway, and our pups loved the big yard. Lots of birds to watch and even had a dolphin swim by. The sunsets were incredible! Thanks for a nice couple of weeks. "

" My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for two weeks at Adam’s cottage. The setting was exactly what we were looking for on alligator point Harbor Bay. The cottage was simple, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed. This is the place for beautiful sunset. Star gazing, birdwatching, quiet relaxing on the water. Adam was a great host. We would easily recommend this place to our friends and family, especially those who love oysters, shrimp, and soft blue crabs. we ourselves are probably probably revisitcrabs, and shrimp. This is it."

"10 days of beach, sun and laughter. Days spent swimming, walking miles on the beach and tranquility. Views are spectacular. We saw dolphins swim by everyday. Enjoyed numerous local restaurants for dinners. Owners responded quickly to all questions. We would highly recommend!"

"This home with its incredible view was one of the most comfortable, cozy cottages we have ever stayed at. Extremely well stocked with anything you might need. The screened deck with rockers and a swing was a great place to watch both sunrises and sunsets. A beautiful, natural location to unwind! Wendy was a great host - appreciated all the extras!"
