"This spot was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. I am from the area, so I already knew about the charm and tranquility of Alligator Point. But, I was not prepared for how beautiful and comfortable this home was. The remodel is absolutely gorgeous, and the layout is perfect for families offering many opportunities for “space” when needed. I hosted a large Christmas Day dinner and the home was well stocked with dishware to accommodate the gathering. Further, the walls of windows provide an amazing view of the Gulf and the bay, which only added to the ambiance of the occasion. You can literally see water from every room in the house. Highlights were definitely the view, the tranquil location, the TWO laundry rooms, and the expansive layout. In addition, the host was a pleasure to work with, and so accommodating. She even had the housekeepers put up a Christmas tree for our arrival! Also, when I had to inform her my two year old granddaughter had spilled milk on the sofa she handled it with such grace. So appreciated. We will definitely be back. "
