Gorgeous views of the Bay. Two balconies and cozy, clean and spacious two bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. One queen pillow top bed. Twin bunk beds. One sleeper sofa and one full size sleeper option in common area for sleeping as well. If you choose to use this option you can sleep up to 8. 1 full
Spacious bathroom includes tub and shower.
Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony that overlooks the boat basin/marina with a side view of the bay. You can also enjoy wine or coffee on this balcony while sitting at the bistro table and chairs. Dining options include Angelos world famous seafood and nearby tropical trader local shrimping family. Enjoy an evening stroll to either of these wonderful lunch or dinner options. Several boat slips within a mile. The clear and refreshing pool is also very family friendly. Laundry facility located on property. Basket ball and tennis courts are also located on property. Very nice accommodations, kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, large front and rear porch. Located across from pool and tennis court which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the condo. We are older so it would have been nice to have choice of ground floor or stairs. Stairs were a challenge. Nice decks front and rear.

Great (but too short) trip
Pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 for our short trip for the FSU game. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Loved having two decks and enjoyed watching sunsets with a glass of wine. Very quiet neighborhood, hoping we can come back for a longer stay in the near future

Wonderful stay in the Forgotten Coast
Maria’s condo has everything you need to feel at home! Off the beaten track with wonderful bike paths, two restaurants to choose from and a gas station across the street that sells bait too, what else could you ask for? For our family of 3 it couldn’t of been more perfect! Thank you Maria

Very happy with our stay
We were very impressed with our stay. There wasn’t anything we didn’t need. There was plenty of room the views were great, we were close to everything. The pool was quiet and nice. Each room had fans which we loved! The extra games and toys for the kids were great! Our girl favorite book is Dogman and they had a board game that we played twice! So much fun! We are very happy with everything.

Egg-Cellent Easter Vacation
Our family stayed here to celebrate the Easter weekend and Sopchoppy Worm Grunting Festival together. We stayed here for the festival last year too. It has been the perfect place to enjoy and relax in the peaceful coastal sureoundings and still have tons of fun in our local community. It is very clean, neat, upgrades are very nice. Plenty of towels, sheets, washcloths and blankets available. We also loved that they had so many extra pillows. We love the cozy, coastal charm of Maria's condo and will be booking again next year. We were on vacation so having to get up, pack, and out the door by 9:00 am didn’t Enhance Our Stay. Would not book again for a vacation trip.

Spacious, nice, but could use a bit more care with cleanliness (since we pay for cleaning). Didn't have toilet paper, bathroom needs updated & kitchen needs repaied (undercabinet lights didn’t work). Pretty well appointed, though.

Wonderful stay
While planning to visiting my daughter, who is a freshman at FSU, I was looking for somewhere to stay that is quaint and quiet. Didn't want the expensive hotel in Tallahassee, and didn't want the hustle and bustle of being in the city for the entirety of my stay. Found this amazing condo in Panacea and absolutely loved it. It was clean, quiet, quaint, and easy. I was able to completely decompress after a huge day at the football game. Sitting on the deck and looking over the water was surreal. If you're visiting Tallahassee and are looking to escape the sites and sounds of a college town, then this place is for you.

This Is My Happy Place
I live in Nashville and my daughter is a sophomore at FSU. When we visit her in Tallahassee this is the place to stay. It's cozy, comfortable, and clean. A much better option than staying at an overpriced hotel in the capital. Only a forty-five minute drive to campus, it's a quiet, secluded spot that offers us way more options for relaxing than the big city. A five minute cruise to a gorgeous EMPTY beach at Mashes Sands. There's great food within walking distance at Angelo's Seafood, or local options only a short drive away. There's awesome fishing, great golf, beautiful views, and we never grow tired of lounging on the deck. Maria is amazing and always available when we have questions. We have stayed here three times already, and will most definitely be back. It's our happy place.

No problem with the property or the stay. The VRBO app is a bit challenging. The codes they sent repeatedly came up“ not valid” on my iphone. My fiancé opened his iPad at home and we got in, but when we got there weary after driving 15 1/2 hours over two days, same deal, and we had no Wi-Fi to connect the iPad.

The listing under amenities said washer and dryer. However it is a communal laundry room. Not a washer and dryer in the unit. Also I may have missed it but the unit is on the second floor. I’m too old to carry luggage and climb stairs. Lol. But all in all we had a very nice stay.

Had to keep windows cracked open and the three ceiling fans running at all to lessen the bad smell. Check out is 9 am not 11 am like every other place I have stayed. Interior is dated, vintage 1995? I would go back to the building, but in another owners unit.

This place is a joke. They are saying I had a pet I. The room that urinated on everything and they had to have it cleaned. I didn’t have a pet. Not even a toddler. I couldn’t make the trip so my 29 year old son went. He is potty trained !!!! Guess it’s lawyer time!!!!

Waterfront condo
The property is dated, but clean and cutely decorated. Some of the check in info was not accurate. No pool access key in the kitchen as stated. Did not find owner’s phone number on the refrigerator as stated. The plug outlet on the bathroom did not work. Owner did respond regarding this issue, but still did not work during our visit which caused some inconvenience. The owner did leave a nice assortment of snacks.
