"It is a beautiful apartment with lovely views of the city and marina. It’s a great workout/walk to go over the hill to Pedregal Beach to see the sunset from the apartment as long as you are ok walking on hills. Getting in and out of the property is very steep and bumpy so ensure you have a low gear and/or an SUV. We enjoyed the fire pit and the swimming pool. "

"Location was awesome. Within walking distance to everything around the marina and short walk to Médano Beach. Close to Walmart and the mall. The noise that some reviewers speak of didn’t bother any of us. Concierge was just a phone text/call away. Furnishings were perfect. Place was very clean. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! We’ve been coming to Cabo for 15 years and this is one of our favorite places to stay!"

"The condo was quite nice. We weren’t aware of the 14 steep steps to the condo after getting off the elevator! My husband had a difficult task getting our heavy luggage up to the condo. We paid someone to take it down when we left. There are not nearly enough pool chairs available and the heated pool was chilly. We enjoyed eating at the pool bar. The service there was terrific!"

"My sister and I enjoyed our stay immensely in San José del Cabo. The condo was large and the view and sunrises were stunning. A few things to note: 1) the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator (pack lightly!); 2) there is filtered water via the kitchen, so no need to worry about bottled water(s); 3) bring your own binoculars because there are migrating whales (mostly humpbacks) right off the beach in front of the condo!; 4) you can access Mama Mia's restaurant right down the beach...
