She met us at the house and made sure we knew how to work everything. The house furnishings are very dated but everything works and the house was clean. "Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given. Maybe need to be more specific that the beach club might not be available. We used to club a lot and was a highlight! San Jose de Cabo is such a cool town!...

Also, being just 10 minutes away from San Jose is a plus!The owner was easy to communicate with and he made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay! House manager was there to greet us and was very helpful showing us all the ropes of the home!It’s a must to use Ariel and Rosie to prepare a wonderful meal! "Our entire stay at the Lands End Villa was perfect. Our Hosts Mike and Vale did an excellent job with transportation, shopping and responding. The house was gorgeous with unbelievable views. Watching the sunrise in the morning, watching the whales all day and the sunset at night. It was perfect. Our Chefs Pepe and Franky could not have been better. Everything from Mexican dinners, to pasta and steak sandwiches. It was all delicious. Our group loved having sit down dinners and no clean up....
