"Pros: VERY VERY nice hotel with multiple large superb hot spring pools that are easy to hang around in for hours. Also multiple pools that are not heated. Restaurants and breakfast very good. Grounds are enormous with their walking paths and lots and lots of fauna/orchids. Amenities all round are very good. Drive the volcano road on the property itself for the best view in all Arenal of the volcano!!!! Rooms very large and comfortable. Easy drive to town and the national parks. We would book again! Cons: Make sure you do NOT get booked near the new construction - they should not be booking rooms that close!!. This was literally 10 feet from our room and we spent 30mins getting it changed. Rooms have just 2 power outlets for the entire room - bring power adapter. Some Hotel rooms are 50 yds up a very steep hill. Not an issue for us but would be for elderly and if you have to lug large suitcases. "

"Everything was perfect. The only thing I would like to mention is that the receptionist only recommended their transportation when we wanted to head out to town instead of giving us the option between their transportation and Uber. Their transportation fee was $28 plus tax and Uber was $7. Other than that, this is a really great resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the views are AMAZING! "From start to finish, our experience at Nayara Gardens was absolutely immaculate. We arrived via shuttle, where we were warmly greeted with a personalized sign. Check-in was seamless, and our room was already set up with a special anniversary treat waiting for us. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, taken on a tour of the property, and personally shown to our room. Though we stayed at the Gardens, we had full access to both Nayara Tented Camp and Nayara Springs. The resort’s golf carts made getting around effortless, arriving within minutes whenever needed. A special shoutout to Kevin and Johnn from the front desk, who handled all our reservations and answered any questions we had with ease. One of the highlights was our private heated pool, perfect for a relaxing late-night dip. Everything was impeccably clean, and we loved the thoughtful turn-down service. The stunning views and serene atmosphere made this the most relaxing stay we’ve ever had. We spent a lot of time at the Tented Camp infinity pool, where Christopher and Andrey kept us well-hydrated with incredible cocktails—thank you both! The resort also helped us spot incredible wildlife, making us feel truly immersed in the rainforest. We saw sloths, monkeys, and beautiful birds, which made our stay even more magical. We also indulged in a couple’s massage, which was so soothing that I nearly fell asleep. Afterward, we enjoyed extra time unwinding in a jacuzzi overlooking the rainforest, complet"
