"Good location, walking distance to a few parks, e.g., Rose Garden. Very friendly staffs. Large rooms. 24-hour available drinks and snacks. Cooking facilities are in the rooms (rare in South America hotels, which do not usually have coffee machines or kettles in the rooms), because they are renovated apartment rooms. Price is a little expensive, in line with the services provided."

"The hotel itself is very nice. The staff were all extrememly helpful. The bed was comfortable and all the furniture was a gret condition. The location is a convenient walk to the metro at Plaza Italia so there were easy connections to the metro or the bus. The only complaint I would have at all it the bright blue lights on the HVAC and bedside lights that were always on. I had read about them in another review and just put tape over them and that made the roo dark enough to sleep."
