"Lovely hotel, fantastic customer service and good location in Palermo. If I was being ultra picky, the hotel is missing a few high level touches to make it truly 5★ but a great stay and would definitely return if visiting BA."

"A nice location in Palermo Hollywood, many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The room was wonderful, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony, and many nice touches ( eg. rain shower). The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Also, a very good breakfast buffet. A winner ! "

"The staff and service at this hotel were amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly, more importantly, they were very attentive when we called. My only pet peeve was the air conditioning, although it seems you control it in the room, you really don't. We called a few times due to the lack of a/c to find out that they actually control it from the reception area at the lobby. Also, you had to run the hot water for about 3 minutes for it to kick-in - quite a waste of water and time."

"I very rarely leave reviews but this was such a great stay I had to. Lovely location, in cool Palermo surrounded by contemporary bars and restaurants. Fantastic hospitality. A complimentary upgrade and bottle of wine. Wonderful breakfast in the serene patio area. "

"The hotel was excellent for a small hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Just beware there are 3 Dazzlers in Palermo. My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. I was coming from a small town in USA and did not feel completely safe in the area at night. We did uber everywhere which is a very inexpensive way to...

"Bring your ear plugs. Yes, there was construction in the hotel while we're there but even absent that construction. The room was very noisy from outside traffic, cars, people, music, etc. They really should think about offering ear plugs to all of the people who stay. "

"This is one excellent hotel. The staff is superb and outstanding in their service…they are extremely helpful and friendly. Snacks are provided 24 hours. Had the superior balcony which extremely spacious and clean. Safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel. My friends and I would definitely stay here again."

"The owner Fred and his staff were gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to cafes, restaurants, and a nice antique furniture market. There are several parks nearby for relaxing and reading. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of fresh fruit and delicious pastry options. The staff were exceptional and super helpful. Not only that, the location was perfect right in the heart of Palermo full of restaurants, cafes, stores, museums, and transportation. "The hotel itself is very nice. The staff were all extrememly helpful. The bed was comfortable and all the furniture was a gret condition. The location is a convenient walk to the metro at Plaza Italia so there were easy connections to the metro or the bus. The only complaint I would have at all it the bright blue lights on the HVAC and bedside lights that were always on. I had read about them in another review and just put tape over them and that made the roo dark enough to sleep."
