"Really great location in easy walking distance of Monterrey Aquarium and many excellent restaurants. Magnificent view right out the front windows. The house is beautiful and everything worked as advertised. Especially enjoyed the outdoor firepit which made sitting outdoors in the evening warm and pleasant. "

"Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!"

"This cottage was the perfect location for our little family & dog. Roomy bedrooms, comfy beds, cute bathroom & tons of linens. My husband & 2 adult children loved the location & the short walk to the beach. The market on the corner by the beach has amazing tacos! The yard was great for our dog. We would visit again. "

"We'll definitely be back! It was such a great location and I wish we had more time there!It's so nice to have the State Parks pass to utilize while there! We didn't have time this trip to go to Manresa - maybe next time. Well stocked and sweet little spot. It may have been that it's off-season, but the hot tub was a bit green and not ready to go, which I would have enjoyed being able to use. Otherwise, perfect!"

"This 2-bedroom apartment is clean, beautifully furnished and in an excellent location: quiet but close to the beach, hiking, shopping and restaurants. There's an outdoor firepit and a grill, with a table chairs. The hosts were incredibly good about responding to our questions. We plan to return often!"

"The Manresa Surf House was a perfect location for our family vacation. We were secluded yet close enough to town, which made for easy trips. The home was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and “at home”. The outside area was very inviting with ample seating, an outdoor grill. a fire pit, hammock, and games. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat! "

"This rental apartment was perfect for our five-day stay for a family wedding in Santa Cruz. We were looking for a place where we could enjoy the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains and this apartment and surrounding property was perfect. Quiet, peaceful with beautiful views with stunning flowering bushes, trees, and containers. Great outdoor patio for your morning beverage or evening cocktail. Grill and patio furniture is a plus. The apartment inside was clean with enough kitchenware and linens...
