"The front desk staff was wonderful, warm, friendly, and service-oriented. My room, a junior suite, was spacious, clean, decorated well, functional, and had a gorgeous city view. The bed was incredibly comfy with plush linens. The shower had excellent water pressure and got very hot. I couldn't ask for anything more."

"The apartment was really nice: sleek and well designed, spotless and equipped with everything you could need. You get a lot more space than a hotel room. I was pleasantly surprised that there was housekeeping. It was a little complicated to get in since you need a long code at 3 doors but this did feel safe since the location is in the middle of downtown LA. The closest parking lot is $30/day and just a 1 min walk to the property. My only complaint was the floor to floor noises; the cleaning...
