The location was perfect for a west LA weekend, tons of restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance and lots more within a 10 minute drive. "We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. On site laundry available. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. I wish there had been trays to make ice cubes. Not enough room in freezer to buy ice and store it. Nice fire pit to relax by but the outdoor loungers were not something I wanted to sit on as they were covered with bird poo. We did use the bicycles to ride to the market and breakfast which was a great little amenity. Just an fyi that there is no off street...

"This place is as advertised!!!! Cozy nohouse had everything needed for an inexpensive stay in Burbank close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book again without hesitation. Parking is available on the street across from the house, so be sure to check. The house is beautiful and filled with vintage furniture, but the toilet and kitchen are connected by a sliding door. "Kerstan is the BEST host we’ve ever had! We have stayed at many VBRO properties & this was a great find. Super clean, greatly stocked kitchen, TV with streaming of all options one could want. I’m a big walker & neighborhood is very safe with lots of challenging hills. Host was very responsive to all request."
