"If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and cozy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The walls are pretty thin so you’ll hear the owners talking and door alarm chiming, but it didn’t ruin anything for me. I’d stay here again."

He was independent but close by during our stay. he loved the place. just the right size for our extended family to gather at the house and guest house in back yard. We all got together for meals and travel from the property, but still had our own space. IT WAS GREAT for all of us."

"We loved our stay in this impeccably decorated cottage suite. The yard is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The bed was so comfortable and the furnishings beautiful. The huge walk in shower was an extra bonus after a dip in the spa. I enjoyed lounging on the patio during the day. The kitchen is well stocked and having the washer and dryer was really nice. "Beautiful view, plenty of outdoor charm. Lots of trees and a nice outdoor area with 2 chaise lounges. (Hope it doesn't rain during your visit, because there is no comfortable chair anywhere else.) There is no grill for a reason; the dry grass hillside is a tinder keg. One stray spark and boom! Instant conflagration. Give up smoking while here! The deck is not well-maintained, badly needs some repair & paint to cover the plentiful grease stains. It's so unfortunate that the indoors doesn't really...

"The home is tucked into the foothills amidst beatiful surroundings that provide a wonderful respite from the city. The location is peaceful, the lodging is well-appointed, the accomodations are comfortable and inviting, and the owners are lovely. I'll definitely be staying here again on a future trip to see my family in Pasadena!"
