Ocean Front 2 bedroom 2 Bath Condo

Whitewater views from 3rd floor and south facing (quiet side) condo. 2 ocean view balconies. Parking spot in garage and secure building. 2 elevators, & community hot tub. Walk to restaurants, CVS, Ralph's, stores and bars. Recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove top, oven, dishwasher, new carpet, tile, and bathroom sinks and hardware. Leather couch and chairs. King bed in master, with new mattress and new queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Owner uses condo, but will rent occasionally during the year. The building doesn't have air conditioning, but there are fans in the closets.

Amazing Getaway!
This condo was the perfect place to spend Spring Break! It had everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of the ocean to watch the sunrise, sunset, and surfers. The location is ideal to walk down to the beach, shopping, and restaurants as well as a short drive to attractions and the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic place to stay. We would sit on the balcony, watch the ocean as we had a glass of wine. Got plenty of exercise by walking the beautiful beach which is right outside the building. It was a little chilly but we brought warm clothing and it couldn't have been nicer. Chris was so easy to work with and we hope to be able to repeat this exceptional trip again in the future.

Family vacation
Chris's oceanfront condo is beautiful. It was very clean and well appointed The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa and big chair. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, nice pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and glasses. The views from the condo are breathtaking and amazing. To be able to see and hear the ocean is a joy and is so peaceful. The walkability to restaurants, grocery shopping, and of course the boardwalk is great. We hope to stay there again and would highly recommend it to all fellow travelers. Chris is a great host.

This property is located in an excellent area within walking distance to restaurants, food stores and the essential liquor. It also is in easy driving distance to all the points of interest in San Diego. It’s very clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our party of four (4) adults. We’ll certainly stay again and so should you.

Great beach front location
My family and I (kids ages 8 and 5) stayed 5 nights and it was a perfect spot for what we were looking for. The ocean views and boardwalk were so fun with lots to see and do. Having garage parking was nice since we had a rental car. Was easy to get around the city and then make our way back to the condo in the evening with plenty of places to hop over to for dinner. The hot tub was so nice for end of the day relaxation. There is some noise at night from the bars and public but that didn’t bother us and mostly just heard the sounds of the waves. Grocery store was maybe 5 min walk away also. Would highly recommend this spot for a family or small group to stay in.

Beautiful and comfortable
We stayed for four nights and enjoyed the wonderful views from living room and master bedroom. The beds were comfortable, electronics easy to use, kitchen well equipped, and check in and out were simple. The home is in a great location to walk to Pacific Beach or down to Mission Beach. (The elevators are slow -- but that is only negative -- but hey, you are on vacation so relax!)
