"Lovely stay overall. I booked a single room but got upgraded to a double one. The room is dated but had everything you need plus a bathtub which was amazing after a working day! Newcastle sightseeing spots are in walking distance there is a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. Amazing if you’re travelling by train as the train station is juts next door. There is no noise in the room at all though. Highly recommending!"

Only issue was that after going for early morning stroll my room key wouldn't work when I returned to hotel. there was a staff member in the corridor but they said they could not open room and I'd have to go to reception. "Great stay spoilt by one other ladie staying at the hotel, on 3 occasions on leaving and entering the hotel the lady would shout abusive comments and strange noises at us, it was reported to staff but when returning later on she done it again white smoking at the main entrance,not sure if drunk or drugs very off putting when you work hard to pays and treat yourself and someone has to spoil it and cause your anxiety to spark as she was constantly around the exi/entrance, ,such a shame as no...
