"The house is very nice and large with breathtaking views. Unfortunately there were numerous maintenance issues. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen and living area (twice) and maintenance didn’t feel it could be repaired and would just recommend it be replaced. "The home and local Rainbow Bay Beach area were great. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach and views. The downside was not much choice for food/grocery/restaurants nearby. Most restaurants in the vicinity were closed, closed on Mondays or closed at 5-6pm. Grocery stores were poorly stocked and expensive, and restaurants always ran out of menu items. I cannot stress enough and recommend that you pack a checked bag (or two) of prepackaged food, such as frozen meat, coffee, snacks etc. Even...
