"Mike and Karra were very friendly and accommodating. They made the check in process very simple to understand and we had no issues. They even offered to drive us back to the airport the morning we left and to get groceries, since we didn't rent a vehicle. The property was updated and clean, and comfortable (TV had a Firestick for google assist, Netflix and even a PS3 stocked with games!!!). "We booked six nights at this villa for a friends 60th birthday (four couples) and we all had an amazing time!! What helped with the options of this villa was that all four rooms had queen beds (very comfortable beds I will add)- Mark was so helpful and quick to respond to questions and suggestions! The house is right on the water with gorgeous views. House is nicely maintained and decently equipped with all daily needs. Since it is hurricane season, the water from the beach does come pretty close to the house, so be mindful of that. "It was a positive experience over all. We stayed for two nights. Room was clean and there was a small kitchen to accommodate self cooking. Stuff was friendly. Taxi or local bus as transportation are available for you to choose from. If you want to travel downtown, take local bus #10, for just $1.25. We recommend this small but nice place for everyone to visit. "

"My first day I arrived 6 hours before check-in. They gave me a room on the top floor but moved me to a much better room later that day when it was ready. Staff were super helpful, especially the cleaning ladies. I wanted to move to a different room with a table and booked again online, and they were very helpful and accommodating. They were doing repairs around the hotel and updating, so it was understandable that things were not perfect, but they were doing well. For the price and location... it was a good deal. The beach was a short walk away. Bus stops right outside. Close to Everything in Cable Beach. Some rooms for the same price have bigger TV's / fridges etc. So ask if you want something special. I asked for a bigger TV, table and chair for work when I moved rooms, and they made it happen."
