"We spent one month in Brian’s villa and had an excellent holiday. He was an outstanding host/owner and a great communicator, giving us detailed information on what the area has to offer. The villa has 4 TV’s and multiple channels and streaming. Plus chairs and sun umbrellas. "The location and design of the property is perfect, a short walk to the main beach and bedrooms that are not adjacent to one another. Having a golf cart included is a really great amenity. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love the king bed. You may need to double up the cushions on the coach to make it comfortable to sit on, but you really won't be spending too much time inside. "

Combine that with a very comfortable. well-appointed and equipped villa, with helpful, on-site staff, and you have a real winner. We've been to TC 5 times, and to Beachside Escape twice. Yes, there was a hurricane a few years ago, but much has been rebuilt, all for the better. We highly recommend this villa, with all the niceties of home, and a very responsive host."

"Upon arrival we were given the wrong unit number & code after hauling 4 people's luggage upstairs to an occupied unit. Around this time the owner sent us the correct unit & code. When we arrived at condo we didn't have electricity or water until 9pm that night. Someone said it was due to the fires on the island but we learned this is a reoccurring event. We were without power power periodically for 4 days out of 7 and water outages for parts of 2 days. When we reported this to the owner he said...

"We volunteered with Helping Hands in Abaco for 3 weeks After which we needed a few days of R & R. This is the perfect place to walk the beach, Kayak above the turtles and watch the thunderstorm. We really enjoyed it and have plans to come back."
