"This is a small, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff, if you can find them, are friendly. The location is very good, it’s a lovely neighbourhood with some good restaurants. My concerns are that it isn’t easy to find, and there is no obvious signage. The reception is only part-time, and I was really taken aback that it wasn’t open for a 9am checkout on my last day, which was so inconvenient. "We loved our stay! The location is perfect - one can walk to and from the train station, as well as to museums, restaurants and more. Plus, the neighborhood it's in is very quiet and safe. Our room was well-appointed, very clean and very comfortable, with little snacks. And in the lobby, there's always cold water with lemon, and pastries in the evening for a snack. They'll hold your luggage for you if you want to walk around Amsterdam after check-out, and they even sent us on our way with a bag...
