"Our family lives very fast paced lives. A little mountain getaway like this is the perfect retreat!"

"The house was located right on the river so you can hear the peaceful sounds of the water. We really loved the peacefulness and the calm this home provided. The house however, had an ant problem in both the upstairs bedroom area and the kitchen area. It also needed a few repairs as a few of the doors (office, master bedroom, downstairs kitchen patio to the grill area and the downstairs bedroom) would not lock. The shades in the downstairs bedroom was also damaged and would not roll down....

"The house was immaculately clean and beds and sofas were comfortable. Location by the river was fabulous. Kids enjoyed fishing and tubing. The kitchen had everything we needed. One thing to note, to get to the upstairs master you have to either walk through the room with 2 twin beds or the shared bathroom. We are already planning our next trip."

Nearest grocery store and restaurants 13 minute drive to Franklin, NCSo many wonderful waterfalls nearby 30-40 minute drive.i highly recommend Dry falls, Rufus Falls and Tallulah fall. Smokey mountains Cherokee visiting center is 1 hour drive. Wonderful experience seeing Elk, old farmhouse buildings, clean bathrooms and gift shop.
