"Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean, but very dated. The breakfast was underwhelming, coffee, juice, apples and a waffle maker. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. I would definitely stay hear again, next time I’m in Oroville."

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. "Our stay was great. Myself and a few co workers stayed here while working in the area. The property made our say much more enjoyable than a standard hotel. We plan to return on the next phase of our project."
