"Room recently renovated and very nice. We had a lovely garden view room and the garden was beautiful. Good pool which could be covered if it rained. Resturant food Good and all staff very friendly. This hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to parks, shops and thermal spa. Would highly recommend"

"We were really happy with our stay here. The cabin was really clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. The curtains were nice and thick, too, for the early sunrise. The price seemed quite a lot for a simple cabin with no ensuite or kitchen, but I guess that is just Rotorua in the summer. Otherwise we were very happy."

"The location of the hotel is very beautiful, just by the lake. We got a lake view unit and we enjoyed that in our stay. The hotel also offered kayaking, which we did in the lake and enjoyed. "
