This could allow for pests to enter, but the diligence of the room service staff along with the maintenance staff and the resulting cleanliness of the facility make it difficult for the critters to access the property."

"Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. Pros: Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets were all soft and nice.
