"Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. Pros: Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets were all soft and nice. I saw one particular man working at all hours so was super impressed by him, he was even the one to bring us TP when we called down. Big...

"The property needs a good upgradation. Roaches and Ants in the kitchen. The toilets were not cleaned properly. Not enough toiletries were supplied for a week of stay. The washer and dryer were dirty. Please take these all under consideration before booking this condo. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Awesome front view, some good fast food and restaurants are within walking distance. 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney World and Universal Studio. "

"I stayed here for a cheerleading convention that was held at ESPN. The room is super cute and pretty clean/smelled nice. My favorite thing was the location, it’s close to plenty of restaurants and shopping (huge mall 10 mins away) and less than 20 mins from the Disney parks/Disney Springs. Traffic wasn’t terrible. The hotel itself isn’t anything special and I didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t speak to that but overall it was great and I would stay there again! "

"Where do i begin, first day found a roach in the fridge and it went downhill from there there was so many roaches everywhere they had someone come move the fridge and spray that made them angry i guess one literally hitched a ride home with me, the place is not the cleanest the pool and hot tub were disgusting, fair warning they do not do anything for you they claimed they take the roach thing seriously and i have not heard a thing back from them since first contact it was a horrible stay...

"Centrally located hotel with easy access. Comfortable beds. Terrible communication with the owners. The bathtub was clogged, and the second day there was no water coming out of the shower. The room smelled damp. There were cockroaches."
