"Was not told before I got there that I got downgraded to a double bedroom when I had booked a queen bed months before hand online. I had a confirmation number if this too and it didn’t seem to matter. I was not compensated for this mistake either. I tried to be understanding but doesn’t seem fair to be downgraded and not told about it before I got there or be compensated for a mistake that wasn’t my doing.
