"What a lovely resort at the top of Horseshoe Valley mountain! Carriage Ridge Resort is quiet, safe, the rooms are clean and plentiful for a couple nights stay. If you're a skier/snowboarder, the bonus is being able to walk onto the mountain and ski into the resort instead of driving to horseshoe. Foodland is 10 minutes away if you need food as well. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for another ski/golf getaway!"

"Lots of parking. Snow removal daily. Lobby is clean and nicely appointed. Corridors were clean and vacuumed. Desk staff were all welcoming and friendly. The room was great. Spotless. Smelled fresh. Lots of towels. Newer bathroom with loud of fluffy towels. Shower had excellent quality shampoo and conditioner bottle Dispenser. Beds were extremely comfortable. No stains on sheets. Plenty of good quality pillows with a warm duvet. Newer TV that actually works. Larger than average hotel fridge. Lights had USB connections for devices. Finally, the coffee system was the best I've seen. The water tank is huge so you don't need to keep filling it. It comes with a choice of teas, decaf coffee and both Columbian and dark roast Sumatra. When we ran out, they were generous with extras. The coffee was as good as Starbucks. We travel ALOT. this hotel stands out for quality and value. "
