"Nothing beats the W Time Square. Safe, convenient and centrally located to everything. The check-in process was easy, Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were big for NYC, same with the bathroom. You are seconds away from time square which means you never know how loud the property will be; but we didn’t hear much noise. For as large as the hotel was the elevators were quick and the wait times were minimal. The only opportunity with this hotel was the lack of a fridge in the room; it would have been great to have a fridge in the room. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, provided complimentary water…but without a fridge made it the water room temperature. You would think being right in the center of time square would make some travelers feel unsafe or unsure but I assure you this property is safe and CLOSE TO everything including subways and shipping, dining and broadway. I will definitely be returning. THANK YOU W!!!!"

"Our family had a great time visiting NYC and enjoyed our stay at the Westin. Centrally located, clean and well maintained, great service. One thing to know is there isn’t a mini fridge in the room. That was a miss. But overall we were happy with our stay there. "
