"The staff went out of their way to make my husband's birthday and Christmas trip a fun and memorable one! Everyone went above and beyond from Sherique & Monique at the front desk who were always accommodating and helpful, Lee who walked us to our room and checked on us, Super who took care of our room, Camille, Peta Gaye, Tavia, Reneka, and Gary at the restaurant and bar who served us delicious food and drinks daily with good music, beautiful views, and good vibes all around. Can't forget TJ in security who went above and beyond to make us feel safe. The location on Seven mile beach is PERFECT with the exception of being two doors down from Margaritaville where you can expect a late and loud Friday night ladies night party which isn't good if you like to go to bed early. Speaking of bed, the beds were clean but honestly not too comfortable. That's the one improvement that is needed in the rooms. Overall, we had a great time and met some new friends as well as old, and I thank everyone. We will be back with our family soon! "

"Great property on the beach. Exceptional customer service. We spent only one night at this property but my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptional, very clean and spacious, with an octagonally shaped layout with a lovely view of the garden and pool area. Breakfast was great! We had an urgent request to have our breakfast prepared promptly and they exceeded our expectation. Will definitely be back."

"The individual villas were wonderful. The private beach was amazing. The staff was great and catered to our every need. A great way to spend our anniversary in this beautiful setting. "

"This was my second stay at the property. I find the room clean, great views, quiet, comfortable bed, ac ad stocked fridge. The pools are wonderful, and the beach is great. Love sunset beach. I miss the adult only areas that were available in my first stay in 2022 that has been replaced with Signature Level. I wish I would have known so all of our party either got the signature level or not so we could go to all the same places. The staff was wonderful, friendly and went out of their way to help. I wish there was a quicker way to check in and out and the different locations to check in explained better. Jerk chicken was great, and the Christmas day buffet was wonderful. Bingo was great. "

"Positives: The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I visited with my elderly parents, and the team went out of their way to accommodate us by providing an accessible room and assisting with convenient beach seating for them. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, and the drinks are outstanding. The beach is pristine, the pools are excellent, and the evening entertainment is enjoyable. Negatives: While the food quality is good, I was hoping to experience more authentic Jamaican dishes and local fruits, which were noticeably absent. The menu options felt similar to those commonly available in the U.S., lacking a distinct Jamaican touch."
