"First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto. "The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can park at Times Parking building within walking distance and have your parking card validated by the hotel and you only need to pay 1,200 Yen per day/24 hours. Fujisawa JR Train Station is very close to the hotel as well. This is the hotel hotel I stayed in Japan that has free beer on tap every day until 8:00pm. The beer taste good too. It might be a Kirin or Asahi. I would stay again."

"Courteous staff. Clean environment. Good breakfast. You can open the window for fresh air, but the traffic outside may be rather noisy. I wish I could select and watch movies on TV. But other than that this is a good place to stay for the price you pay. 👍"

"Fantastic room (5th floor, 2 rooms on that floor) which is quite large, separate bedroom, living areas, and bathroom which has views, balcony views of Mt Fuji, beach, and Enoshima. Nice king sized bed, good tea and coffee machine, bathroom is huge with decent bath, shower, and views over bay. Good restaurants in vicinity (maybe 5 minute walk to the restaurant hub but Mosberger is next door). Choice of breakfast, we took the Japanese style which is pretty decent - fish, rice or rice...

"Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "
