"The buffet at breakfast needs to be changed every few days by offering other products, it gets boring having the same choices. The rooms are tired and need a renovation. The restaurants need to stay open later, closing at 8pm is early - breakfast times need extending as they have massive queues. They don’t take notice of requests in reservations - they requested the reason for the afternoon tea but did nothing with this information, I booked this for my birthday but didn’t get any acknowledgment...
