"It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time"

"The apartment is big, clean, comfortable and very cozy, it feels like home. The view of the mountain was exceptional Great location, close to train station, restaurants and supermarket. The owner Bob was super friendly, approachable and a great sense of humour. He was very helpful and gave us recommendations for the best ski resorts, restaurants and onsen. "This is a new hotel in Hakuba. The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has shuttle bus to Happo One and Hakuba 47. A rental store is right next to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice. We also walked around to explore the local restaurants. We had a very pleasant experience!"

"The wooden cabin is so cute and perfect for our family of four. My kids love bunk beds and my husband and I have our own room so that was perfect. It is a 10 min walk to the Happy zone ski area which was so-able. "
