"To start, communication with the owner was fantastic. We were so happy to have so much information and the available to ask any questions.The house is cozy, yet very roomy. The main room has awesome high ceiling adding to the feeling of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and large enough for use by multiple helpers. We had small children included in our party and they loved the house, one said she wanted to stay instead of going home! So sweet!"

"We truly enjoyed our time at Bearadise. Having 2 living spaces and great outdoor/yard space let everyone spread out and have fun. "Property was convenient, but super dated and pretty much worn out. Carpet, plumbing, bedding, sofa are all past their useful lifetime. Cleanliness was spotty. Facility felt like a aged dorm-room or employee housing. The cost with all fees was out of line with the value. Ceiling was sagging to the point where it could be a future structural hazard. The view as great, but I'd only rent this place again if the total out of pocket price was < half of what was paid. "
