"Best stay for us across two other countries so far! Bed was comfy. Reception was very informative offering alot of sightseeing hints and tips. Breakfast included (alot of yummy options and best quality weve had over two other countries). Hotel also let us check in early (10am) 5*!"

"We had three days great stay here! The bus number 4 is very convenient to us since we are 5. We were able to attend the new years fireworks via bus. The rooms are clean and so the towels, blankets and pillows. The kids on the other room said they were able to sleep well! Thanks to Thomas who is very kind and generous assistance. "I’ve stayed here many times and you can’t beat the location for visiting Luzern. The hotel as completed renovations on about half of the building and is underway with the rest. Never heard any of the workers or work being done. The new rooms are awesome. The design and cosmetic works are well done. You will enjoy this hotel. Its pricing is great and only an 8 minute walk to the train station. "
