"We enjoyed our stay at Des Alpes during our visit to Lucerne. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is multilingual and very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, an area with shops and restaurants, riverside next to the chapel bridge and close to the train station. Breakfast is nice although the ticket system suits them more than the guests IMO. Recommend "

"Excellent location in historic inner city! Walkable everywhere in town to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing from the hotel! Wonderful staff at checking office located right at the hotel Krone right around the corner! Clean room and facility! Only very few utility vehicles as that part of the city is closed to traffic! Only minutes away walk from the train station across the bridge. Thank you altstadt Magic lucern hotel!👍"
