"The place is great but I didn’t like the breakfast service. The lady in the restaurant was very pushy. I wanted a la carte option but she pushed to buffet option. She may have meant to help but it didn’t come across right. Other than that, it’s a nice location and convenient. "

"The staff was tremendous. But rooms small bathroom very small . I’m disabled and had difficulty with the shower asked for another room and they did furnish us with a larger room. Shower was still small but had better accessibility. But very slippery. "

"Nice large clean modern room. Staff was very helpful, especially prior to our stay, with answering questions. They made some great restaurant suggestions and helped with information to day trip to Mt Pilatus. Our beautiful room had 2 windows that opened up to the plaza and fountain below, but was surprisingly noisy (loud people outside at night). It’s in a great location, but not in a main foot traffic area. I would definitely stay there again!"
