Wonderful hotel! We loved the location, restaurants and all of the extras such as the water sports and bikes. Even though we booked a very nice room we ended up being placed in an ADA room and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. We would stag here again!

Outstanding Stay in Lucerne!
Absolutely outstanding. A really welcome check-in from Mar, who upgraded us to a balcony lake view room. Free on site parking, as well as complimentary use of their pedalo and paddle boards to go out onto the lake. Lovely restaurant serving their own cuvée and overlooking the lake. The hotel is spotlessly clean, boasts about its eco credentials (even the key card is made from bamboo) and has a buzzing bar with a great atmosphere and lake view. Can’t wait to return!

It’s a bit overrated for the price. I’ve stayed at nicer 5 star hotels with far better service when you’re already pay close to $700 a night you shouldn’t be nickle and dimed for everything like late check out and the staff should tell you everything you need to know about the hotel at check in.
