"The check in was very slow and very difficult to get service at the front desk throughout our 4 days stay. The bathroom is the only complaint I have of the property. The shower is open and everything in the bathroom gets wet after a shower. The Expedia showed free parking at this property but it wasn’t. "

"You have to keep in mind that you are staying at a historic hotel. It’s beautiful & has that old hotel feel, which I always love. The amenities are so so, but that is to be expected. All the things that matter for me. I would add that across the street is the Wild Plum Cafe which has delicious pastries and breakfast. Was close enough to the freeway and the staff were friendly! They did provide cleaning service if requested, and did come with the basic amenities you’d expect. Everything was spotless except for one stain in the curtain. "
