"We have stayed in this building previously because we visit family on KB, and it is a great location with all the amenities. So easy to go to the beach and watch the sunrise. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Will stay again! One suggestion, have beach towels or tell people they need to bring them."

"We had a wonderful time and loved everything about the property. We will really enjoyed the pool area it was very refreshing and peaceful. We had a King room with the most amazing shower. . In the morning they provide excellent coffee and light breakfast options. Wayne check us in and was super friendly and showed us around the property. Chuck was also very friendly and answered any questions we had. We come down a couple of times a year and will be booking here from now on! "

"The property is just as described in a great location with easy access to public transportation. We spent two days in Miami before departing on a cruise and it was an easy to Uber ride from the airport to the house. We loved exploring the Calle Ocho strip via the free trolley system. Hop on, hop off to a great adventure. Easy Uber rides to LoanDepot Park and the Port of Miami too. The house is perfect for four adults/two couples and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. "The property was just as advertised. Lovely house in a quiet, upscale neighborhood within 1.5 mile waling of Lauderdale by The Sea. Well kept, comfortable furnishing and bedding. Even the cleaning supplies were clean and well kept. Hosts were wonderful - available if you needed them. Would stay again! Thank you Brian and Ali."
