"We would stay again without hesitation. The ease of getting to Shinagawa Station was a great bonus. Quick access to shops and restaurants was also a big plus. We were in the Annex tower and the room was quite comfortable, although not large. "

"The staff at the property were so wonderful throughout our whole stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the bathhouse especially was so clean and well maintained. Our room had a great view and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the breakfast selections as well, the only thing I would have liked would be the option of having a hot chocolate but everything else was just amazing. The hotel is right next to a station and its so affordable to just take a train anywhere you would like to go. We really loved our stay and can't wait to stay here again."

"Great hotel and helpful that it's a "Good Neighbor Hotel" with shuttles to Disney. Limited shuttle time though (as well as to Narita) so be aware of that. Otherwise, great faculty with a Lawson inside, and close to transportation. We enjoyed our stay!"
