"The art on the wall is creepy -1 star. I got the 10,000 demons wall art. Would have preferred any other. There's an elevator. Very modern place. No staff on site. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Clear instructions on how to do trash and recycling. Clear instructions to do laundry. Clear instructions on how to enter and exit facility. We chose mainly for cost and proximity to Haneda Airport. Lots of food options. All staff in all the shop locations nearby were very nice and had ways to help...

"This was a quieter neighborhood in Tokyo but easy to get to everything we needed and close to a train station. The property is simple but has everything you need. The only thing it did not have were three-prong outlets which is fine but just a heads up for American travelers, has plenty of two prong outlets though. "

"Check-in" was completely hands-free, with all arrangements made in advance - when arriving on-site, you just use codes received previously via email. Building is a modernist concrete structure; room is "cozy" sized but had everything needed including a nice tub. Decent size for a budget-friendly Tokyo stay, but first time Western visitors may be expecting...
