"We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. "We loved this property! It had great views and we enjoyed the screened porch so much. The little beach, fishing dock and availability of kayaks were a definite added plus. It’s nice how close this is to Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. The home has many nice additions. Only downfall was the cleanliness, that definitely left something to be desired. There was dog hair and random trash under beds, furniture, etc. Would love to stay again if cleanliness was addressed! "
