4 bedroom (2 master bedrooms - perfect for multiple families), 3 1/2 bath, former model home in one of the most desirable communities in the Bethany Beach area - Bayside at Bethany Lakes. Home was professionally decorated by the top interior design company in the area, Bethany Resort Furnishings and was recently updated with new sofa and love seat, new patio furniture and all new state-of-the art electronics. Home has 5 Plasma/LCD TV's, BlueRay Player, 2 DVD Players, Keurig coffee maker, high-speed WIFI (upgraded to the fastest speed available for "work and school from home" families" 125 GB download speeds!). Beach Chairs, Bikes, beach toys and baby Pack'n Play included. Home is just a short walk to the beautiful clubhouse that has indoor pool, game room and huge outdoor pool overlooking bay, tennis courts and playground. Game room is great for playing pool, Foosball, table tennis or arcade games. Even if there is a rainy day, the kids will be completely entertained!

Home is pet friendly for well behaved dogs.

2021 Season Updates
Entire home was painted. Couches, chairs and carpet in family room were steam cleaned. Deck and siding power-washed. Purchased all new sheets and towels (5 star hotel quality). All duct work inspected and vacuumed using a powerful HEPA-filtered vacuum and a compressed air system which flushed all traces of dirt and dust out of the ductwork and into a specialized vacuum system.

James Farm Ecological Preserve is a very, very short 1.4 mile walk/drive and right down the street from our home. It has a free, public beach that is pet friendly 365 days/year! Since it is on the bayside, it is very calm and the water is very shallow. Perfect for little ones.

Whites Creek is an absolute fantastic river and just out our "back-door". Kayak launch is only a short walk from our home. Kayaks are available from outside 3rd party and rates range from $125/week to $175. Please let me know if you are interested.

The community has a fantastic clubhouse with both indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna. The outdoor pool is usually open between Memorial day and Labor day but may be closed a week or so earlier/later. Although it is very, very rare, on occasion either of the pools may have to be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee they will be open during your stay. There is also a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, arcade game, etc…. There is also a tv room and a large kitchen. The clubhouse requires that all guests pay a fee to use the facilities. The fees are listed below:

Summer Season (May 15th to Sept 30th)

There is a $50 fee if the key fob is not returned.

Private Garage Parking for 2 Cars and Multiple Spots for additional cars if needed. EV Charger just installed inside garage.

Terrific Stay!
What a terrific unit! The owners left everything we needed, and all of the furnishings were ultra-comfortable! The pools and clubhouse were terrific, as was the on-site playground. Book with confidence, and enjoy the best of Bethany!

Wonderful Vacation!
Brooke's property was perfect for our party of 6 adults, two babies and a great dog! Everyone had their own spacious space and there was a great living room and porch for us all to hang out on. The clubhouse nearby was wonderful, everyone enjoyed the pool, we cooked out on the pool deck, and there were lots of beach and pool toys available. Brooke was very responsive and helpful, highly recommend him and his properties!

Overall we loved the property with a few issues. If you’re traveling with people with mobility difficulties, there are a lot of stairs (to get in, upstairs, living room to kitchen) and the televisions were wonky. Other than that, it was a great location, clean and easy check-in/out.

Breathtaking place to catch our breaths!
We needed a quiet place to get away and catch our breaths... and we found exactly that in this quite large, brand new space. Everything from the decor to the amenities were comfortable, impeccably clean, and first class. We will certainly be back, at least once a year!

Wonderful Getaway with so much to do!
Our family of eight (3 teens and 5 adults) stayed here very comfortably. The mattresses in every room were all very comfortable and the place was very clean and well taken care of. This is a great location with so much to do for people of all ages. The condo is a very short walk to the pool, tennis and other clubhouse amenities. We never found any of the clubhouse amenities crowded which was an additional plus! Bethany is a short drive and there is plenty of beach parking.

Absolutely the best
From first contact Brooke was amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful. (4)bedrooms (all with TVs) and (4) bathrooms. All the household items you could think of were stocked in the house. The neighbors were welcoming and so friendly. They even came and hung out with us. Brooke is a "Superhost". The communication was effortless. I will be planning my next trip soon.

Great Family Vacation House!
My extended family of six did a week at this property and had a terrific experience. The house itself was lovely, clean and beautifully decorated. The community it is in had a great community center with pools, tennis courts, a gym and rec room, which made the very hot week in Delaware great. The beach was a short drive as were all the great things the Bethany boardwalk has to offer. Overall we had an awesome week. Brooke was very responsive and texted me before the trip to make sure we knew how to get ahold of him if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property if you have kids and are looking for more to do than just the beach.

This property is clean, comfortable and as described. Everything worked well. Communication with the owner was prompt. . What I liked best about this place is that there were no weird rules (cleanup was just loading and starting the dishwasher and taking out the trash). It was slightly cold when we arrived and the thermostat didn't have a Fort Knox level lockbox on it. The heat worked well. I recommend this place for families looking for a no nonsense, decent place to stay. The one issue I had was the wifi, but that's out of the owner's control.

The complex and home were very nicely appointed and maintained. The host was amazingly helpful and responsive (best we've had after dozens of rentals!). Attached garage was a nice bonus but had too much clutter to fit 2 cars and parking for the second car was a good distance away. The biggest design flaw was the lack of dining space. There is barely room to seat 6 people in the relatively small kitchen and the dining set leaves little room to move around. The kitchen was well-stocked but sharp knives and better cookware are needed. Although we appreciate this is a pet friendly home, we found the carpet and LR rug to be less than clean. Location was short driving distance to everything we needed, including many great restaurants.

Best host ever!
Brooke is the best! He was easy to communiate with, highly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was special. His home is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies to lightbulbs. The community is wonderful. Friendly neighbors and a clubhouse right down the street that provides an additional place to spread out and relax with pools and other entertainment. Most importantly, the home's location is perfect. Only 15 minute drive to either North Ocean City or Southern Rheobeth Beach in either direction. Close to a great 18 hole short golf course and a just few minutes drive to the beach. If you're an outside person and want to be close to everything you'll want to rent this home.
